Follow the instructions on the package to clean the glass and metal pieces, then apply the glue and the pieces of metal with your tape mark. Make sure that you glue pieces of metal to the right side of the glass! Replace the speedometer cable.
You can try to swap the inner end of the cable. some of the cables, to others you can is not possible.
